We are hiring a Customer Service Administrator; you will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry and they have been established for 30+ years based in Tamworth.

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be:
- Providing full admin support, liaising with many departments across the business
- Running and analysing reports to spot trends and proactively resolve issues
- Monitoring marketing back orders
- Booking of deliveries for key customers
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding mispicks and short deliveries. Collating all mispick information, arranging collection of faulty goods to support Customer service and Returns Co-Ordinator
- Organising collections with carriers for returns/quality department
- Arranging and completing relevant courier customs information for Irish deliveries/returns
- Overseeing carrier daily delivery reports. Corresponding with carriers, Customer Service and warehouse to get a resolution on all failed deliveries Actioning all claims, cross referencing carrier invoices with our claims to ensure complete with the admin team
- Processing customs declarations cover
- Processing sample requests, marketing orders, and internal orders across group companies
- Dealing with the carriers, chasing deliveries, obtaining PODs, raising claims that may arise as a result of a failed delivery
- Analyse reports – help collate statistical information for board meetings
- Carrying out other additional duties
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
- Previous administration and analytical skills
- Previous Excel experience
- Excellent customer service skills, offering the best personal experience at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- You may have experience with the following: Customer Service Assistant, Communications Assistant, Office Assistant, Call Centre Operative, Administrator, Accounts Administrator, Contact Centre Operative, Membership Co-ordinator, Telesales, Sales Administrator, Helpdesk and Contact Centre Administrator
