We have an interesting and varied temporary hybrid Executive PA position available, working 4 days a week from home and 1 day a week in the office in Birmingham city centre. The salary is circa £34,000 - hourly pay rate is up to £18.68 per hour depending on experience.

This is a  full-time hybrid 12 week contract which may become a permanent role. You will be working to support the CEO of a leading professional members organisation.

As the Executive PA, your duties will include:

  • Diary management for the CEO, along with expenses and email management
  • Arranging and running meetings and events
  • Secretarial support such as preparing papers, producing meeting notes, drafting and reviewing documents, writing reports
  • Minute-taking, write up of minutes, distributing to relevant parties
  • Key point of contact and gatekeeping
  • Liaising with official associations and commissions
  • Overseeing expenses and travel arrangements for other members of senior management
  • Ensuring full compliance with governance rules and procedures, updating or revising these where necessary

As the Executive PA, you will have:

  • Significant experience in a PA or EA position supporting senior management of a business at Director level
  • Excellent IT skills, including competency in all MS Office systems and experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to support multiple senior leadership members if necessary
  • Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Able to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
  • Experience working with a charity, not-for-profit organisation, or social enterprise is highly desirable
  • A general understanding of governance and compliance protocols is highly desirable
  • You may have experience in the following: Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, PA, EA, Senior Administrator, Governance Administrator, Minute Taker, Executive Secretary
