Are you experienced in providing HR administration support or have you worked in a busy recruitment team as an Administrator? We have a temporary opportunity available for an HR Administrator to support a growing organisation for approximately 6 weeks.

This role is based in Worcester and you will work on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The company have plenty of free car parking on site and your working hours will be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm.


As the HR Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Booking interviews for candidates
  • Liaising with managers to gain interview outcomes
  • Applying for references
  • Dealing with enquiries from managers and candidates
  • Sending declines to unsuccessful candidates and obtaining feedback if requested
  • General administration duties as required


As the HR Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous experience in administration in either an HR or recruitment team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You may have experience in any of the following: Recruitment Administrator, Personnel Administrator, Resourcer, Recruiter, In-House Recruitment Business Partner, In-House Recruiter, People Admin, Human Resources Admin, Human Resources Clerk


The HR Administrator will receive a salary of £25,000 per annum / £13.74 per hour and the role is to start from Thursday 11th July.
