Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of luxury goods manufacturing? We're seeking an HR Assistant or experienced Administrator to join a small HR team. As a leading organisation within the jewellery industry, our client prides themselves on their commitment to excellence and innovation.

This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year to cover maternity leave. The hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, working 5 days within the office.

Working as the HR Assistant you will be:

  • Supporting with the onboarding process of new employees
  • Creating and issuing offer letters and employment contracts
  • Managing the DBS and employment references process in a timely manner
  • Creating and ensuring new employee records are correct on the inhouse HR system
  • Carrying out inductions for new starters and ensuring payroll information is received
  • Supporting with HR queries and projects 
  • Writing engaging job adverts and uploading onto the company website

For this role we are looking for someone with previous HR administration and queries experience. 

As the HR Assistant, you will receive a salary of £24,000 per annum plus amazing benefits.

Previous experience may include: Human Resources Admin, Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Support, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Apprentice, Business Administration Apprentice, Office Assistant, Office Co-ordinator, Office Support, Office Administrator or similar.
