Marketing Manager - Worcester
Join our client, a dynamic Housing company, as a Marketing Manager based in Worcester, Worcestershire. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies, executing initiatives, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns to generate new business leads (B2C) via social media and native advertising.
The role offers a competitive salary of £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year depending on experience, plus company performance bonuses, healthcare insurance, on-site parking, company pension and company social events. This is a full-time position with occasional weekend working for sales events.
Key Responsibilities as Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Create compelling marketing content for advertisements, social media, blog articles, and videos
- Design and create effective landing pages to support marketing campaigns and capture leads
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the website and landing pages
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including PPC, native advertising, and social media ads
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and allocate resources effectively
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence
As our Marketing Manager you will have:
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
- At least 4 years proven experience in a Marketing role in the UK market
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing channels
- Excellent creative and analytical skills
- Good understanding of marketing software and tools
- Exceptional communication skills
