We have a fantastic hybrid PA position available to support the Senior Leadership Team in helping to make a genuine difference to society. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week with flexibility to work between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm on a hybrid basis. The salary is circa £33,000 per annum.

As the PA, your duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administration support to one of the Directors
  • Preparing for meetings, minute-taking, writing up meeting action-plans and ensuring all meeting actions have been completed by relevant staff
  • Preparing reports for senior management, ensuring they have been proofread and are accurate
  • Diary management
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Booking transport, tickets, and hotels
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Inbox management, handling requests for the Senior Leadership Team


As the PA, you will have:

  • Previous experience providing high level personal assistant support to senior leadership management
  • Previous experience in taking minutes in senior leadership meetings, writing up minutes and following up on action points
  • Extremely organised and able to work to deadlines and targets
  • Skilled at all-round general administration with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
  • You will require a full driving licence and car as the role will involve occasional visits to other sites in the Midlands
  • You may have experience in any of the following: Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, PA, EA, Senior Administrator, Governance Administrator, Minute Taker, Executive Secretary
