Are you experienced in providing HR administration support or have you worked in a busy recruitment team as an Administrator? We have a temporary opportunity available for a Recruitment Administrator to support a growing organisation for approximately 6 weeks.
This role is based in Worcester and you will work on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The company have plenty of free car parking on site and your working hours will be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm.
As the Recruitment Administrator, your duties will include:
- Booking interviews for candidates
- Liaising with managers to gain interview outcomes
- Applying for references
- Dealing with enquiries from managers and candidates
- Sending declines to unsuccessful candidates and obtaining feedback if requested
- General administration duties as required
As the Recruitment Administrator, you will have:
- Previous experience in administration in either an HR or recruitment team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You may have experience in any of the following: HR Administrator, Personnel Administrator, Resourcer, Recruiter, In-House Recruitment Business Partner, In-House Recruiter, People Admin, Human Resources Admin, Human Resources Clerk
The Recruitment Administrator will receive a salary of £25,000 per annum / £13.74 per hour and the role is to start from Monday 17th June.
