Are you available immediately for temporary work? This varied administration role is an immediate start until the end of March 2019. The company are based near to Birmingham Airport and have free car parking on site.

You will be working for an award winning company who manages over 20,000 affordable homes and social housing across England. With excellent standards in place, you will be working for an organisation that is committed to providing a strong customer focus and delivering high performance.

As the Lettings Administrator, you will be:

  • Providing strong administration support to the lettings team
  • Liaising with tenants and applicants over the telephone, assisting with any enquiries
  • Using Microsoft Excel to import information relating to lettings
  • Processing leaver packs, ensuring properties are promptly advertised or contact is made with local authorities requesting suitable applicants
  • Entering applicant details onto the database and ensuring amendments are kept up to date


To be successful as the Lettings Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous lettings experience
  • Strong administration and Microsoft Excel experience
  • You may also have experience of any of the following: Property Assistant, Property Support, Housing Clerk, Housing Assistant, Estate Agents, Lettings Agent, Office Administrator, Rents Assistant


You will receive a salary of circa £20,500 per annum / £11.41ph, depending on experience plus the following benefits:

  • 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
  • Free car parking on site
