We have an urgent vacancy for an experienced Bookkeeper, working for an international manufacturing and distribution company. This leading Oldbury-based company has been established for over 40 years and continues to grow from strength to strength.

As the Bookkeeper, you will be:

  • Processing product invoices
  • Processing overheads invoices
  • Processing expenses
  • AP/expense payments & allocation
  • Payroll, pension & P11D administration
  • Weekly/monthly bank reconciliations
  • Bi-monthly cash forecasts
  • Supporting month-end close & reporting
  • Quarterly VAT return preparation
  • Managing the Time & Attendance System -hours & holidays
  • Supporting external audits
  • General admin to include purchasing of consumables etc.


As the Bookkeeper, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in month-end reporting - this is essential
  • Ideally a relevant qualification such as degree, AAT etc
