An International Consultancy & Training Company that specialises in Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical and Facilities Management are seeking a Marketing Assistant who has a passion for marketing to join their team based in Solihull. Benefits include 33 days of holiday including statutory Bank Holidays, hybrid working, training and development and free on-site car parking. Your hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. It would be ideal to drive as public transport is very limited due to the location of the offices.
As the Marketing Assistant, your duties include:
- Writing the content for e-newsletters and mailings, developing, and maintaining a mailing schedule and designing the templates for e-newsletters
- Monitoring the SEO, managing and updating the website
- Supporting the management of the company's social media sites
- Providing ongoing analysis and performance reporting of digital content
- Assisting with the creation of artwork for company literature and writing copy when required
- Providing marketing and administration support to the Head of Marketing
As the Marketing Assistant, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a similar position
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and how to utilise them effectively
- Experience using a variety of systems for marketing purposes
- You may have experience working as one of the following: Marketing Officer/Assistant, Communications Officer/Assistant, Social Media Officer/Executive, PR Support, or Graphic Designer, with a degree relating to Marketing or Graphic Design
As the Marketing Assistant, your salary will be £25,000 per annum plus a fantastic range of benefits.
