Are you passionate about supporting customers and providing resolutions? This Customer Service Advisor role will suit someone with excellent communication skills who is focussed on creating resolutions for customers. This is a long term interim opportunity to provide customer service support via email, online chat and over the telephone.
You will be working on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Your working hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility to support outside of these hours on some occasions will be required. This role is based near to Birmingham City Centre and there is free car parking on site.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
- Providing advice and guidance to internal and external customers
- Liaising with customers via email, live chat and over the telephone
- Following queries and complaints through to resolution
- Using multiple IT systems to check information and log conversations
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
- Previous customer service experience, via email and over the telephone
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, the ability to use multiple computer systems
- You may have experience in any of the following: Online Client Support, Customer Helpdesk Advisor, Service Advisor, Service Agent, Inbound Agent, Live Chat Agent, Customer Care Representative, After Sales Agent, Retentions Advisor, After Sales Advisor
You will receive a salary up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
