A new temporary to permanent cover opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator, to join our client based in West Bromwich. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00 am - 5.00 pm.
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be:
- Processing customer orders
- Setting up new accounts
- Answering telephone and email queries in a professional manner
- Assisting the Team Leader in supervising and mentoring the team
- Supporting the sales team
- Working on Microsoft Excel daily
- Carrying out various administrative duties
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a similar position
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience
- Excellent customer service skills, offering an exceptional customer experience
- You may have experience in the following: Customer Service Advisor, Receptionist, Team Assistant, Administrator, Customer service Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Team Leader, Team Supervisor or any other similar position
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will receive a salary between £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience / Hourly pay rate is between £11.54 to £13.46 per hour. For more information, call Leah on 0121 285 6032
