 Are you looking for a longstanding career? We are urgently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading manufacturing business based in Tamworth.  You will receive excellent benefits which include an early finish on a Friday and 33 days holiday including the Bank Holidays. 
My client is a leading worldwide manufacturing organisation, servicing automotive, engineering, aircraft and many different markets. You will be working for an organisation who keep growing within their market.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be:
  • Managing large/medium key accounts for the business
  • Processing orders via a bespoke in house system
  • Creating reports as and when required by the line manager, using Pivot Tables and VLookups
  • Managing stock levels of all products for your accounts


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have:

  • A good Mathematical knowledge, however, this is not essential
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLookups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Have a positive and encouraging attitude
  • You may have experience of the following: Sales Administrator, Account Manager, Internal Sales, Export Assistant, Co-ordinator, Customer Service Advisor, Compliance Assistant, Office Support and Office Assistant
