You will receive 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays, discounts on hair and beauty products, free car parking and an earlier finish every Friday.

This is a hybrid role, working in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week. The company will require flexibility on which days you will be based in the office each week. There will also be some elements of travel where you can expect to be away a maximum of 3 to 4 nights a month.


You will be working 37.75 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Fridays.

As the Brand Manager, your duties will include:

  • Responsible for the management, development and growth of a range of flagship products for a key brand
  • Developing strategies for growth including in-store merchandising, promotions, customer acquisition and retention, digital and printed content, social media, technical support and education
  • Building partnerships with stakeholders and working alongside them for the development and sign-off of strategies
  • Developing and managing social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
  • Creation and management of all marketing material to support the flagship products including Point of Sale, merchandising material for stores and salons, materials for Trade Shows, digital content and photographic assets
  • Managing the marketing budget and reporting on all marketing spend
  • Conducting customer and supplier visits, monitoring competitors and conducting market research


As the Brand Manager, you will have:

  • Previous experience in product marketing, content generation and social media management, ideally in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present
  • Great attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • You may have experience working in any of the following: Brand Executive, Head of Brand, Product Strategist, Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Digital Content Manager, Communications Manager, Marketing Executive, Social Media and Product Development


You will receive a salary of circa £52,000 per annum, depending on experience plus a range of benefits including 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
