Do you have previous team leadership experience in an order processing team, working for a manufacturing company? If so, then this role is for you! Established over 100 years ago, with offices across the UK and further afield, our client is now looking for an Order Processing Team Leader to join their team based in Smethwick.

Hours of work are 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
As the Order Processing Team Leader, your duties will include:
- Overseeing and optimising the sales order processing activities
- Managing and supporting a team of 5 which includes the credit control team
- Managing sickness, absence, performance development and carrying out one-to-ones when required
- Managing the sales orders process for both UK and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Being the main point of contact for escalations and communication between the warehouse, factory and other internal departments
- Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions
- Help engage with UK and international customers via the telephone, email, or chat to schedule field service bookings based on their preference and service availability
- Preparing the monthly sales forecasting reports
As the Order Processing Team Leader, you will have:
- Previous experience working as a Team Leader, ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and sales order processing/administration
- Knowledge of Exports is ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- You may have experience working in any of the following: Customer Experience Team Leader, Customer Support Team Lead, Customer Success Supervisor, Customer Care Team Leader, Customer Operations Lead, Client Support Lead, Sales Team Leader, Account Manager, Customer Interaction Team Lead or any other suitable position
