As an Account Manager, you will be:
- Proactively speaking to Brokers to fact find and build relationships
- Making outbound calls to companies for loans and mortgages
- Logging finance enquiries onto the system and following up leads with Brokers
- Organising visits with potential customers for the field new business team
- Booking workshop events for Brokers and upselling services to customers
- Dealing with inbound calls on behalf of the Underwriters
As the Account Manager, you will:
- Be able to confidently speak to customers over the telephone
- You may have experience working as a Customer Service Administrator, Business Development Executive, BDM, Internal Account Manager, Telesales, Recruitment Consultant, Estate Agent, Lettings Agent, Lettings Negotiator or Finance Advisor.
As the Account Manager, your salary will be circa £18,000 per year, with an OTE of £20,000 per year.
