Are you personable and approachable and above all have excellent customer service skills, offering the best personal service at all times? Are you passionate about the level of customer service you offer? Do you have previous experience working as a Customer Service Advisor?
 
Working as the Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting a variety of duties including dealing with incoming calls and customer enquiries, processing internet orders, preparing quotations, setting up customer accounts for online orders, dealing with carriers – chasing deliveries and obtaining proof of deliveries and covering reception as and when required.
 
This is a Fixed Term Contract based in Tamworth, Staffordshire covering maternity cover for 16 months.
