Our client is seeking an Installations Manager to join their team. You’ll be working for a well-established company who have been in business for almost 20 years, and with a fantastic reputation across the west midlands they continue to grow from strength to strength.
You’ll receive a salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience and will be based in Wolverhampton.

As a UPVC Installations Manager you will:
- Manage, motivate and train approximately 10 fitting teams of installers.
- Provide expert advice to the fitters, assisting with any problems or queries they have regarding their installations – this will be by phone or sometimes attending the installation yourself when required.
- Coordinate subcontractors & installations support assistants, to organise and drive continuous improvement within our Installations Department.
- Ensuring installers are prepared, complete installations to a high standard, re-ordering products and co-ordinating the installation plans, ensuring any issues are rectified within a timescale.
- Ensuring customers pay post installation, and manage debtors accordingly in unison with the business support department.
- Manage, review & improve installation management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage aftersales issues and plan / organise the service call engineer so that a ‘first time fix’ ethos is always maintained.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Manage & monitor health & safety.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service throughout complaint investigation and resolution.
As a UPVC Installations Manager, you will have:
- Essential – MUST have extensive fitting experience of doors, windows, conservatories, and porches.
