Based in Bromsgrove, an opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a thriving Business Funding company on a permanent basis.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be:
- Inputting PAYE contractors weekly hours onto the in-house system
- Raising invoices for individual clients through the in-house system
- Creating and sending statements to clients
- Creating reports and liaising with clients regarding what profit they have made
- Helping to assist with the start of year/end of year processes such as P60s and P11Ds
- Answering incoming telephone calls regarding payment and finance queries
To be the successful Accounts Assistant, you will have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- You may have experience of the following softwares: SAGE, Voyager MO, ACCA, AAT or experience working as the following: Payroll Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Sales Ledger Clerk, Finance Processor, Finance Clerk and Bookkeeper
As the Accounts Assistant, you will receive a salary of £18,000 per annum, plus the following benefits:
