We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a thriving jewellery manufacturer in the Jewellery Quarter. This role is a fixed-term contract until the end of February 2022.

You will be working as part of a busy operations team, tracking the progress of jewellery orders to ensure customers are receiving them promptly. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm.

As the Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Monitoring orders
  • Chasing orders from different departments and logging their progress
  • Entering order information for the team
  • Scanning information and progressing orders through the system
  • Calculating figures and the number of products completed
  • Liaising with customer service 
  • Using various computer systems including Excel

As the Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous administration or data entry experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • IT literate, experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • I'd also love to hear from you if you have experience in any of the following: Receptionist, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Data Entry Clerk

This role has an immediate start and is paying a salary of circa £20,000 per annum, depending on experience
