An opening has become available for an Administrator for a period of around 3 months, working at a Planning and Development Company based in Birmingham City Centre. Working 09.00-17.00 Monday - Friday. Benefits include 30 days holiday including Bank Holidays, employee discount scheme and modern offices.
As the Administrator, you will be:
- Providing administration support to the office
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Proof reading
- Answering calls
- Data entry
- Using all aspects of Microsoft Office and bespoke database
As the Administrator, you will have:
- Experience in administration
- Confident and quick to pick up new computer systems
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Accurate data entry skills
- You may have experience in any of the following: Administrator, Administration Assistant, Senior Administrator, Administrator, Office Administrator
As the Administrator, your salary will be £11 per hour plus a fantastic range of benefits
