We have an opportunity available for a team of Customer Research Officers. You will be working for a client who is a specialist in the transport industry.
This role would suit someone who is available for work during the first week of October due to a large project taking place. There could also be further opportunities available following the completion of this project. This opportunity would also suit someone who is looking for part-time hours or ad-hoc shifts as there are a variety of options available.
The main duties of the Customer Research Officers will include:
- Working in a location close to Coventry Town Centre which will be accessible via a free shuttle service
- Completing passenger counts on buses
- Recording the number of passengers embarking and disembarking each bus, along with the total number of passengers
- Shifts available to work include: Monday 4th October to Saturday 9th October from 6.50am to 12.30pm. You do not need to work every shift if you're not available for all 7 days
To be successful as the Customer Research Officers, you will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Able to access the Coventry Town Centre area by 6.30am for shifts that run Monday to Saturday
- We are open to past work experience. This may also suit someone who has retired who is looking for some ad-hoc work.
