We have an opportunity based in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy jewellery manufacturer.
This role is temporary until Christmas and could continue into the New Year. As the Customer Service Administrator, your duties will include:
- Contacting customers regarding their orders
- Processing payments for orders
- Processing customer orders using Excel spreadsheets
- Data entry
- Providing excellent levels of customer service
- Completing general administration support including filing
To be successful as the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate, experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Available for an immediate start

As the Customer Service Administrator, your salary will be £18,000 to £19,000 per annum, depending on experience
