Do you have previous experience within a customer service, retail or sales environment? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well-established client based in Tamworth.
As the Customer Service Advisor, your salary will be circa £20,000 per annum including quarterly bonus and you will be working 37.5 hours per week, managing existing customer relationships to develop growth of sales.
As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
- Contacting lapsed customers
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and understand customer needs
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Developing strong insights into competitor activity
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
- Previous experience within sales
- Ability to upsell and cross sell
- Ability to work towards own initiative
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- A strong understanding of sales and margin calculations
- Experience of working as one of the following: Account Manager, Activation Advisor, Recruitment Consultant, Call Centre Operative, Administrator or Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant
