As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be:

  • Handling approximately 40 calls per day from customers and logging all information onto the in-house database
  • Dealing with a variety of queries and issues including incorrect orders, damaged and faulty items
  • Investigating complaints and queries through to resolution
  • Liaising with courier companies regarding delivery issues
  • Handling email queries
  • Liaising with various teams within the organisation to reach a successful resolution for the customer


As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in resolving complaints effectively
  • IT skills in order to log all customer activity quickly and efficiently
  • You may have experience of the following: Sales Support, After Sales, After Sales Care, Customer Engagement, Contact Centre, Call Centre, Complaint Handler, Query Support


You will receive a salary of £17,000 per annum, rising to £19,050 upon successful completion of your probationary period. You will also receive the following benefits:
