As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be:
- Managing large/medium key accounts for the business
- Processing orders via a bespoke in house system
- Creating reports as and when required by the line manager, using Pivot Tables and VLookups
- Managing stock levels of all products for your accounts
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
- A good Mathematical knowledge, however, this is not essential
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLookups
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Have a positive and encouraging attitude
- You may have experience of the following: Sales Administrator, Account Manager, Internal Sales, Export Assistant, Co-ordinator, Customer Service Advisor, Compliance Assistant, Office Support and Office Assistant
