An international Training and Consultancy company specialising within Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical and Facilities Management is seeking in a Marketing and Communications Manager. You will be working alongside a stable and very successful team within a standalone marketing role based in Solihull.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be:
- Solely responsible for all inbound and outbound communications for both online and offline
- Planning and executing strategies to increase brand awareness with training and consultancy services available
- Regularly liaising with senior managers within the business to share and discuss content ideas to be able to write copy and blogs for all channels
- Managing processes and procedures for print and online material including campaigns, events and exhibitions
- Managing the website, social media content and campaigns
- Generating leads and using initiative to follow up on behalf of senior managers
- Planning and managing the annual budget
As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will need:
- Experience within a B2B marketing role working closely with senior managers including the MD or CEO
- Understanding of using print, online, digital and social media channels
- Experience of writing copy and creating content
- You are in an existing management role or looking for your next promotion
- You may have experience working as a: Communications Executive, Digital Executive or Senior Digital Executive
In return, the Marketing and Communications Manager will receive a salary circa £33,000 per annum plus a fantastic range of benefits.
