Are you a seasoned marketer with a flair for strategy and innovation? A top leading manufacturing company based in Kings Norton, Birmingham who has a fantastic customer base both in the UK and internationally is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their growing organisation.

The company has been established for over 30 years and are an expert in their field, providing over 300 specialist products to food retail, distribution centres and warehousing organisations.

This is a new role that has been created to drive brand awareness and create opportunities for the company’s ongoing growth, identifying new business opportunities both in the UK and internationally.

Your hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and free car parking is available. Your benefits include 31 days holiday including Bank Holidays which will rise with service, an employee discounts and benefits subscription and free car parking. 

As the Marketing Manager, you will be:

  • Developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness and increase sales volume 
  • Managing Google Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns effectively to optimise ad performance and maximise return on investment
  • SEO Optimisation - implementing SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings
  • Content creation, producing engaging blogs and articles to attract and engage with target audience, incorporating relevant keywords and topics
  • Designing and executing email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions, utilising compelling copy and captivating visuals
  • Overseeing social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram, to foster community engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target markets for products and services
  • Working closely with a graphic designer to create visually appealing materials that align with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Developing new collateral as needed, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials

 

As the Marketing Manager, you will have:

  • Previous experience working within a product based marketing role in a business to business environment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making
  • You may have experience in any of the following: Brand Manager, Marketing Executive, Senior Marketer Specialist, Digital, Senior SEO Specialist, PPC Manager, Content Manager, Social Media Management, Email Marketer, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor


As the Marketing Manager, you will receive a salary of circa £40,000 per annum, depending on experience plus a quarterly bonus
