Are you looking to start a career within an office based environment? Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual? We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client located near the Birmingham City Centre. You will receive free car parking, a quarterly bonus and a 1.00pm finish on a Friday every 2 weeks.

You will be working for our client who is a well-established and nationwide supplier within the industry and have been established for 100 plus years.   If you have the desire to learn and develop, then this is the position for you. 

As the Office Administrator, you will be:

  • Dealing with customer queries via telephone and emails
  • Producing monthly reports for the sales team
  • Managing the diary of meeting rooms
  • Booking functions and the accommodation
  • Carrying out general administration duties

As the Office Administrator, you will have:

  • A desire to learn with a “can do” attitude
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • You may have experience of working as one of the following: Sales Administrator, Data Entry, Receptionist, Sales Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support, Retail Assistant, Student Advisor, Bar Staff, Hairdresser and Call Centre Operative

As the Office Administrator, you will receive a salary of £16,000 per annum. You will also receive the following benefits:

  • 21 days holiday rising to 24 (after 3 years of service) plus the 8 Bank Holidays
