Are you available immediately and have excellent attention to detail? An opening has arisen for an Onboarding Coordinator to join a Business Finance company based in Bromsgrove on a 4-week temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent.
This funding expertise organisation work with a wide range of industry sectors across the UK and overseas. You will be working for a company in a modern and lively office that prides themselves on their quality of service that they offer their customers.
As Onboarding Coordinator, you will be:
- Ensuring contractors right to work and payroll documents are 100% compliant
- Chasing temporary workers right to work and payroll documentation, ensuring it is received before going on site
- Accurately inputting and attaching candidates details onto the CRM system
- Explaining the payroll process to contractors to ensure a smooth process
- Dealing with any invoice/payroll enquiries
- Completing general administration duties
As the successful Onboarding Coordinator, you will:
- Have previous administration experience
- Be able to work to a fast pace, with excellent attention to detail
You may have experience working as an Administrator, Compliance Administrator, Compliance Coordinator, Onboarding Coordinator, Onboarding Administrator, On Boarding Admin, On-Boarding Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, Resourcer, Resourcing Administrator, Recruitment Consultant or Customer Service Advisor
