This opportunity will see you being the key person to manage outstanding debt and ensure customers are paying their invoices on time. You will be working for an international metal company based in Oldbury who have been established for over 40 years and supply to various industries including automotive, engineering and aerospace.
As the Part Time Credit Controller, you will be:
- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email
- Building relationships with customers and resolving any accounts queries
- Working closely with the sales team regarding outstanding payments
- Placing accounts on stop when required
- Providing support with cash allocation
- Producing reports using Excel
As the Part Time Credit Controller, you will have:
- Strong credit control experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Experience in producing reports using Excel
- You may have experience of the following: Accounts Assistant, Debt Collection, Debt Collector, Bookkeeper, Bookkeeping, Finance Assistant, Management Accounts, Management Accountant or you may have experience in using Sage, SAP, Xero, Oracle, or other ERP systems
The successful individual will receive a salary of circa £25,000 per year pro rata, £13.74 per hour. You will also receive excellent benefits including:
