We are recruiting a part time Digital Marketing Executive to work at Hart Recruitment to create marketing content including; blogs, social media posts, and videos. You will be working alongside a driven, customer focused and fun recruitment team, along with Betty the office dog. This role is based in Great Barr.
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be:
- Supporting the Recruitment Consultants in attracting candidates and client companies to engage with Hart Recruitment
- Working with the MD & marketing agency to achieve the communications strategy
- Creating content for marketing activities including; blogs, social media posts, and videos
- Using basic photoshop skills to create artwork when needed for social media and website
- Reviewing and updating the website content
- Producing and sending out informative mailshots to candidates and client companies
- Producing content to promote Hart Training and monthly courses and workshops
- Managing and working with Email promotion systems to post and monitor campaigns
- Producing analytics, tracking lead generation and creating reports
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will need:
- Experience within a B2B marketing role
- Understanding of using print, online, digital and social media channels
- Experience of writing copy and creating content
- A flexible, professional, articulate and positive approach
- You may have experience working as a: Digital Marketing Executive, Communications Officer or Executive, Digital Executive or Social Media Administrator
In return, you will receive a salary circa £24,000 per annum pro rata (£10 - £12 per hour) plus a range of benefits. Hours are flexible over 3 days including a Wednesday and Friday between 15 and 18 hours per week.
