An opening has become available for an Administrator, working on a fixed term contract, covering maternity leave until February 2023 at established organisation based in Worcester, working 09.00-17.00, Monday - Friday on a hybrid basis (you will be required to attend the Worcester office on occasions), Benefits include 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, up to 8% employer contribution company pension, employee EAP scheme, flexible working options, remote working.
As the Administrator, you will have:
- Experience of logging and completion of repairs tickets including out of hours emergencies, subcontractor repairs and sending out confirmation details to operatives
- Experience of maintaining an accurate and effective filing system
- Document management
- Purchasing including use of purchase system raising orders and liaising with suppliers
- Assist the planning team confirming material orders and delivery dates for follow on repairs.
- General administration including creating mail merge and emails
- Take notes/minutes at meetings and circulating
- Undertaken data entry tasks
- Input, process and maintain data from databases and spreadsheets
As the Property Administrator, you will be:
- Highly organised, approachable, and a confident communicator.
- Able to work in a busy role, juggling different priorities and you will need to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and be able to work on your own initiative.
- Experienced working in administration support in the building maintenance or construction environment is essential.
As the Property Administrator, your salary will be £23,198 per annum plus benefits including 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, up to 8% employer contribution company pension, employee EAP scheme, flexible working options, remote working.
