This is a new opportunity created to support this growing organisation in all areas of quality, compliance, system management and continuous improvement. The company offer a generous company bonus as well as flexible working hours totalling 35 hours per week and free car parking.

You will be working for an international metal company based in Oldbury who have been established for over 40 years and supply to various industries including automotive, engineering and aerospace.


As the Quality & Compliance Manager, you will be:

  • Developing and continuously improving processes and systems for best practice
  • Devising and developing KPIs and dashboards for the warehouse function, such as lead times and on time delivery, to support with continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with current legal and Group obligations including QHSE, Risk Management, GDPR, HMRC and Internal Controls
  • Implementation of permanent corrective actions
  • Preparing and publishing appropriate statistics and KPIs
  • Implementing new legislation requirements


As the Quality & Compliance Manager, you will have:

  • Strong experience in compliance, systems and process improvement
  • Previous experience within QHSE
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • You may have experience of the following: Quality Assurance, Head of Quality, Performance Improvement, QHSE Officer, Risk, Internal Audits, Auditor or you may have experience in using ERP systems such as SAP


The successful individual will receive a salary of circa £35,000 per year. You will also receive excellent benefits including:
