We are recruiting on behalf of a Midland based Recruitment and Investment Group for a Recruitment Business Development Manager to develop and support the business as they grow.
They have an annual turnover of £20million and operate in several different industry sectors and offer great training career progression within this dynamic new role.
This position is part-time (25 - 30 hours per week) and can be flexible with working time required.
Working within a forward-thinking environment, you will be looking at providing guidance and support to experienced professionals looking to take their next steps in the Recruitment Industry
You will be offering them a flexible variety of support across the business set-up lifecycle providing experience from seasoned Recruitment Professionals.
You will be responsible for approaching potential candidates over the phone, via email campaigns, social media activity and through LinkedIn, starting the engagement process from the beginning and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
You must have a wealth of Recruitment experience from working ideally within a Recruitment Agency environment to enable you to communicate with experienced professionals on their level.
You will have a natural entrepreneurial flair along with a competitive drive to succeed.
You will be a strong networker and have the flair to create email and social media campaigns.
You will have excellent time management skills and be able to forecast and manage your own workload efficiently.
Whilst the role is specific in the duties, the right person for the position will be someone who is able grow the role as it evolves.
