Using your expertise within the HR sector, you will be working in a fast-moving environment to support the management team with all people related situations. Based near to Walsall town centre, you will be entitled to a company car or allowance and pension scheme matched up to 6%.

This company is a specialist provider of maintenance across the UK who are continually growing and are actively involved in supporting a number of charities.

Your main duties as the Regional HR Advisor will include:

  • Covering a maternity leave for up to 12 months with the potential for permanent employment due to company growth
  • Supporting your allocated team to deliver its People Plan. This will involve travelling outside the West Midlands up to twice a week and staying away for one night every 1 to 2 weeks
  • Championing the culture of service delivery, focusing on commercial solutions, fair decision making and enabling the businesses to operate effectively
  • Case management including disciplinaries, grievances and appeals
  • Handling event management processes such as TUPE or re-organisations
  • Co-ordinating recruitment
  • Implementing 'best practice' policies
  • Working with the central administration team to ensure full compliance

The ideal Regional HR Advisor will have:

  • Previous experience working with a regional HR Advisor role
  • Generalist Human Resources experience
  • Experienced in managing casework
  • Flexibility to stay overnight every 1 to 2 weeks
  • You may have experience of the following: Human Resources Business Partner, Manager, Officer, Assistant, Personnel Advisor, Human Resources Consultant or you may have studied for your CIPD to support your career

As the Regional HR Advisor, you will receive a salary of £28,000 per annum plus the following benefits:
