As the Sales Support Co-ordinator, you will be:
- Researching and developing specification opportunities by the identification of new projects
- Liaising with new clients to maximise opportunities
- Working to KPI’s on a daily basis
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
- Producing documentation for new clients on a daily basis
- Proving support to the existing team
As the Sales Support Co-ordinator, you will have:
- Previous sales experience and previous call centre experience would be an advantage, however, this is not essential
- An excellent telephone manner and administration skills
- The ability to manage own time, work on own initiative, and achieve targets
- The ability to build and develop new and existing relationships
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- You may have experience of working as one of the following: Telesales, Business Development, Client Relationship Manager, Outbound Advisor, Customer Relations Advisor, Specification Co-ordinator, Administrator or Assistant, Research Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Operative and Contact Centre Operative
