We are currently recruiting for a Supplier Coordinator to join our client based in Minworth on a permanent basis. You will be working 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and benefits include free car parking and 28 days holiday rising to 32 (including 8 Bank Holidays), BHSF package and discounts on selected products.
You will be working for an online retailer who supply products internationally.
As the Supplier Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Developing relationships and liaising with external suppliers
- Analysing competitor activity and websites
- Sourcing new products to list across each category
- Creating product launch plans, promoting new products on social media and listing products onto the inhouse systems, working closely with the sales, marketing and warehouse teams
- Working alongside the sales team to understand customer requirements and discuss new products
- Providing sales data and reports to suppliers, measuring brand performance and working with suppliers to increase sales
- Dealing with promotional submissions from suppliers, arranging targeted promotions and supplying reports with feedback and measuring success of promotions
As the Supplier Coordinator, you will:
- Possess previous experience working within an administration position
- Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Have awareness of social media platforms and previous experience in posting social media posts
- You may have experience working as: Account Manager, Marketing Administration Assistant, Promotions Advisor, Promotions Co-ordinator, Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive
In return, the Supplier Coordinator will receive a salary circa £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
