An opening has become available for a Scheduler, working on a 6-month temporary contract at established organisation based in Worcester, working 08.00-16.30, Monday - Friday on a hybrid basis (you will be required to attend the Worcester office 2 days per week). As the Scheduler, you will be:
- Planning and scheduling work for a mobile property repair workforce (all trades)
- Updating customers on progress for repairs
- Rescheduling appointments as and when required
- Dealing with incoming calls in a professional manner
- Carrying out general administration duties
As the Scheduler, you will have:
- Experience working within housing, building or maintenance position
- A history of working with customers and offering an excellent customer experience
- The ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure
- A strong “can do” attitude with interpersonal skills to work effectively both with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- You may have experience working as one of the following: Helpdesk Administrator, Work Planner, Facilities Assistant, Repairs Coordinator, Property Administrator, Housing Officer, Helpdesk Coordinator, Facilities Administrator, Lettings Co-ordinator or Administrator or any experience working within a housing, building or maintenance position
As the Scheduler, your salary will be £27,700 per annum / £13.32 per hour plus a fantastic range of benefits.
